Golden Palomino Paso Fino Stallion

DOB: 5/8/97

 This breathtakingly beautiful stallion is a true golden palomino with tons of white mane and tail.  Forelock to his nostrils and mane to his shoulder.  He is fun to ride, does trails, exhibitions, and breeding.  He has excellent manners and can be ridden with any other horse including other stallions.  He is smooth, pleasure gaited and suitable for an Intermediate rider due to him being a breeding stallion. 

Mito is fully trained and bitted.  Has been ridden around the farm and on trail.  Done breed demonstrations at our Open House events. He is very confident and bold.  He is ridden with other horses of any gender including other stallions. He did camp over night and participate in one judged CTR clinic in a large group.
Mito had been used for mounted target shooting.  He also was featured in a film made for Horse TV about our farm and the Paso Fino Horse.

Currently my stable hand enjoys riding Mito as he has time. However Mito is on no particular training or conditioning schedule.

Mito is very intelligent and gets board easily.  If his top stall door is left open he can open the latch to the bottom and walk out.  He unties ropes and halters with his mouth as well.  We use an additional latch on his stall so that we can leave his top door open but when he finds out the latch is "mito proofed" he sometimes becomes board and will sway or weave back and forth over the door.  He does not do this all the time and he has never been known to weave in the stall when the top door is closed.

He has been used for breeding in hand.
