Saladin de Alexandra

Saladin is a gorgeous deep chestnut, pure Puerto Rican stallion .  He is a sweet horse that comes to you in the pasture and also pasture breeds with no problems.  We can leave mares in with him for months at a time and he has produced some gorgeous chestnut foals and one black filly.  Two foals had flaxen manes and tails.  He loves to strut his stuff in his paddock.  He does not like being in a stall all the time, so we keep him out in a paddock and he does well with or without a companion mare.

Saladin is easy to handle. He has never been shown.  He is a Pure Puerto Rican stallion with 3 times Kofresi and is a Don Neco son.  Most Puerto Rican horses have a lot of white, but Saladin has very little, which makes him a rarity for PPR mare owners who prefer solid studs.  For those looking for a solid color PR stallion, Saladin is a real find for great offspring and great manners.  As a stallion or gelded, he is a terrific horse.
